Easter Part 1, Mission Accomplished

Thoughts I thought while dyeing Easter eggs this morning…

1) I wish water (like the stuff we drink from the tap) was a vivid blue.
2) Why isn’t dying wool this simple? I am not great at dying wool, but I am awesome at dying eggs.
3) Chickens should lay eggs these colors naturally because that would make buying eggs way more interesting.

Tonight when the kids hit the hay will come Easter Part 2 when I fill their plastic Easter eggs with goodies. This means my mantra today is:
I will NOT eat all the Easter candy. I will NOT eat all the candy. I will NOT eat all the candy.

Taste testing, however, is clearly necessary. It’s a rough job, but someone has to be in charge of quality control.
