Oops! I did it again!

So, today Alisa from Firefly Fibers posted up a photo of  her new shipment of Sweet Georgia yarns. It was like zero to drooling in like 0.02 seconds. I stopped in. I looked (read: ogled). I left. I came back.

And then….

Oops! I did it again!

In my defense, I did leave behind a gorgeous skein of Tough Love Sock in the Boheme colorway so it could have been worse.

Happy Mother’s Day to me? Yes, let’s go with that!

    1. Sometimes it just can’t be helped! I am choosing between 2 sweaters for the charcoal, the blue will be a shrug I think, & and the light grey will probably be socks. 🙂 Very, very excited to have so much Sweet Georgia in my hands!

  1. I have a similar affliction with fabric – I already had 6 (!) sewing projects lined up for the weekend, then I decided I needed to make yoga pants too, so I had to rush to the fabric shop, and came home with fabric for yoga pants and more!

    1. LOL! I used to sew *and* knit. I have had to step away from the sewing machine in order to keep my wallet for spontaneous combustion! Good luck on all your endeavors this weekend!

  2. well it’s better than being addicted to cream cakes or alcohol, LOL I have the same addiction. I keep out of the yarn shops if I don’t need to buy anything. That’s the only way.

    1. I am indeed glad this is my addiction. For the most part, I can control myself and am good about planning & budgeting for purchases. I have found having my stash uploaded to Ravelry has helped me curb impulse spending. Now I try to shop my stash as much as possible!
