And the Winners Are…

As you probably know, April was a month for giveaways in the Merry KAL. To qualify for the drawing for one of our prizes, all you had to do was complete a Christmas ball in the month of April. At the beginning of the month, my co-host, Martine — from the lovely iMake blog & podcast — & I put together 5 prizes for this giveaway and a lovely month of knitting and chatting on the Ravelry thread ensued.

When all was said and done 6 knitters completed the task. 6 knitters for 5 giveaway prizes. Martine & I agreed that leaving one knitter without a prize — well, we just couldn’t do that to this lovely group of knitters. The ever gracious Martine offered to to add another copy of her wonderful Twiglet Mitts pattern so that everyone would be a winner.

So, who are the lucky winners? Everyone!

With the permission of each of these talented individuals, I am including each knitter’s photo of their Christmas ball  — they all look fabulous! — followed by what prize they won.

As added proof of Martine’s general awesomeness, those who won the Twiglet Mitts Pattern will also be receiving a bonus pattern: the brand new No Place Like Home Scarf. It’s an absolutely beautiful lace scarf pattern newly released by Martine herself. What a great surprise!

Congratulations to all the winners & thanks so much for participating in our knitalong!
